Rates:

AM Rate: $450 (12pm to 4:30pm)

PM Rate: $550 (5:30pm to 10pm)

All-day rate (the most popular) $800 (12pm - 10pm)

What includes:

-Access to the entire property. (Outdoor and indoor)

-rental of chairs and tables.

-up to 85 guests.

-Cleaning fee.

-taxes.

Amenities:

Outdoor: tiki bar, cabana, refrigerator, large ice chest, grill, swimming pool, games (giant jenga, giant connect four, foosball,

corn hole, dart board), 3 smart tv's, two Outdoor lounges, two bathrooms and shower, outdoor cinema, outdoor chimney, outdoor heaters, electric heaters.

Indoor: fully equipped kitchen, two indoor lounges with smart tv, spacious full bathroom.

Optional additional services:

$450 Open bar for up to 50 guests for four hours.

$15/person. Unlimited tacos. Rice. Beans. Aguas frescas. Wide variety of condiments.

Additional services can be arranged as long as we are notified one week in

advance.

Requirements:

-$150 deposit.

-ID of the person in charge.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get my deposit back?

Yes. Assuming there is no property damage, your deposit will be issued back to you 24 hours after checking-out.

Will I be refunded in case of cancelation?

Yes. We offer a ver flexible cancelation policy. The entire balance, minus the security deposit will be refunded in case of cancelation.

Is there free parking?

Yes. We have access to free parking for all guests.

Can I bringing alcohol?

Yes. You may bring your own alcohol. The only restriction is that no alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Or anyone who is clearly intoxicated.

Can I bring my own catering or food?

Yes. Feel welcome to bring your own food. We offer tables specifically for your own food, cake, or gifts.

Do I have to clean the place after my event?

No. You already paid for cleaning. Our cleaning crew will take care of that for you.

Will there be security?

Security maybe provided at your own expense. It is not required.

Do I have to provide my own event insurance?

No. The security deposit serves as partial insurance.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. This property is pet friendly. The pet fee is only $10.
